When we approached Shankar Ramachandran at yourwebster.com to revamp our old website, we became aware of many ambiguities that had inadvertently crept into the text due to our familiarity with what we offer, and the repetition of content that we had not noticed. He took us through the numerous possibilities an updated and functioning website could offer and met with our team systematically several times to understand what we do. We began to understand how our new website could help reach the information about Montessori training to a wider audience, drawing in people of different backgrounds to visit our website. As we worked together the processes, we were using for answering emails and phone calls, the registration forms, and our automated template email replies became more streamlined and effective.

Shankar’s experience with website development and marketing, his meticulous attention to detail, and the options he offered us have made our website much more informative. The new organisation and classification of our content and courses made it easier for those who are unfamiliar with what we offer to find what they were looking for. He took our vision on board and helped us articulate it clearly. He helped us become aware of our own achievements and asked us to share things we ourselves had not thought of highlighting. Writing and sharing our own history, and our perspectives on various aspects of the Montessori educational philosophy on our website has made us more aware of our own work in a new way.

The new website quickly met with the approval of many of our alumni, several of whom called or wrote to us to say the new site was useful, informative, and easy to use. Our own staff too could see the difference with the effective way in which registrations came in for our very first event after the new site was launched.

Now, several months later, we can say that the new site has made our internal processes for events and registrations more efficient and less stressful. As an educational institution, we feel our applicants also find the site is quite user-friendly. We can now see the benefits of the discovery process and the meetings we had with Your Webster to plan and scope the project. The site was designed and built on a reasonable schedule. We were kept updated on progress frequently. Any new input we had received prompt attention. We never felt we were waiting on anything.
