Like all of you, we have been closely monitoring the situation for the past weeks and recent days as it has rapidly evolved from a distant rumble to an oncoming Tsunami. We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are here to support your web related needs as always during this unprecedented time.
Our small staff already are well versed at remote work practices and we have good infrastructure and communication capabilities to work remotely. We have discussed and reviewed social distancing practices and are doing our best to mitigate the risks based on what we know and the limits of our technology and resources.
We have proactively reached out to several clients and have helped them post notices and practices and communicate with their customers and their clients. We stand ready to do the same for each of you and we can also help you draft your statements.
At this time, we are still able to work on tickets within the same time frames as always, 24 hours or less to complete or communicate the date of completion.
